TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (T&CS)

Article 1 – Purpose and scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between Zalya (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") and any natural or legal person making a purchase on the website zalya-shop1.myshopify.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer").
Any purchase implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. The Seller reserves the right to modify them at any time; the applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date of the order.

Article 3 – Products
The products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs and visuals are provided for information purposes only and are not contractual. The Seller reserves the right to modify its catalog at any time.
Article 4 – Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable prices are those displayed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery costs are indicated separately before final validation.
Article 5 – Order
The order is validated after:
- Selection of products and addition to the cart,
- Review of the order summary,
- Acceptance of these T&Cs,
- Actual payment.
A confirmation email is sent to the Customer after validation. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or obvious pricing error.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is due upon order. Accepted payment methods are indicated on the website. Transactions are secured. In case of non-payment, the order is automatically canceled.
Article 7 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the order. Delivery times are given for information purposes only. In case of delay, the Customer may cancel the order if the delay exceeds 30 days from the scheduled date (Article L. 216-2 of the Consumer Code).
Risks related to transport are borne by the Seller until effective delivery to the Customer.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email to: zalyaa.shop@gmail.com.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Seller. Reimbursement is made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, via the same payment method used during the purchase.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, perishable products, unsealed products, or digital content provided immediately (Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code).
Article 9 – Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the following legal guarantees:
- Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code): 2 years from delivery.
- Guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Article 10 – Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products. Its liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
Article 11 – Personal data protection
Data collected during the order is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act. It is used only for order processing and is not transferred to third parties without consent.

Article 12 – Mediation and dispute resolution

These T&Cs are subject to French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
